Create course/class content, ensuring the quality of information and applying the Conquer methodology;
Develop supplementary materials (tools, frameworks, exercises, diagnostics, etc.);
Collaborate with industry experts (content specialists) in course development;
Design innovative and distinctive learning experiences for students;
Conduct market research (courses, content, training) and continuously seek best practices and references to drive innovation;
Pursue continuous learning to create increasingly relevant and up-to-date materials.

Minimum of 6 months' experience in the education sector (adult education/andragogy), preferably in edtech.
Previous experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, or Content Analyst is a plus.
Willingness to learn.
Commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity and a drive for innovation.
