Work closely with Account Managers to grow company profits.
Assist our business development team in growing our big accounts.
Recruit, onboard, and support new affiliates & advertisers (contracts, tracking setup, creatives).
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners (advertisers & publishers).
Manage daily communications with partners and coordinate with internal marketing and business development teams.
Monitor affiliate campaigns and advertiser offers: traffic, conversions, ROI, EPC.
Help negotiate CPL rates, contracts, and payment terms under guidance.
Share reports, insights, and optimization suggestions to help partners meet performance goals.
Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, payout models (CPL, CPA, Rev-Share), and vertical dynamics.

Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills in English.
Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to make quick decisions and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with outreach (email, LinkedIn) or CRM tools.
Smart and creative with good commercial sense.
Proactivity to anticipate changes and take initiative beyond assigned tasks.
Not having a strict 9–5 mentality; flexibility to communicate across different time zones.
Interest in negotiation, sales, and building long-term commercial relationships.
Awareness of affiliate marketing trends, verticals, and funnel dynamics.
