Responsible for ensuring profitable inventory and operations.
Collaborate closely with Field Leadership and coach General Managers to achieve performance goals.
Execute and deploy supply chain initiatives to drive continuous improvement across the region.
Ensure adherence to EHS policies and procedures to create a safe and secure environment.
Establish and maintain a presence at all assigned DCs to ensure performance meets and exceeds standards.
Manage overall cost of end-to-end P&L for assigned DCs.
Manage regional operations controlling inventory accuracy, product movement, warehouse operations, fleet operations, and on-time delivery performance.
