2+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar product role in fintech
Independent data work: SQL for your own queries, dashboards you build and maintain, product metrics you define and track
German language skills (min C1)
Understanding of how AI products are built
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and experimentation
Understanding of APIs and how systems integrate
Experience with automation and no-code tools such as Zapier or n8n
