Independent responsibility for the full range of accounting tasks for a portfolio of properties.
Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, payment transactions, and dunning/collections.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly statistical reports and VAT advance returns.
Point of contact for questions and issues related to payments and reports.
Payment processing and posting of service provider and contractor invoices.
Preparation of invoice audits for the tax advisor or property owner.

Vocational training in real estate or a comparable qualification.
Experience in accounting for condominium/owners' association (WEG) properties.
Knowledge of residential and commercial tenancy law.
Strong communication skills in dealings with owners, service providers, and contractors.
Organizational skills: ability to maintain an overview and work in a structured way across multiple tasks.
Tech affinity: proficiency with MS Office and ideally experience with the property management software Domus (ERP and CRM).
