5+ years in B2C Growth or Commercial Leadership: Ideally in Fertility. If not in healthtech or medtech.
High-Ticket Conversion Experience: You have built engines that sell high-consideration, high-price-point services (€5k+). You understand the psychology of a complex, emotional purchase.
B2C Sales Leadership: You have experience managing, coaching, and setting KPIs for a quota-carrying sales or admissions team.
Commercial & Analytical Rigor: You are highly comfortable with unit economics, CAC/LTV modeling, and building complex pricing architectures.
System & Agency Mastery: Hands-on expertise building out CRMs (HubSpot) as a single source of truth, plus a strong track record of holding paid/SEO agencies accountable to performance.
Regulatory Comfort: You know how to maneuver and market aggressively while staying strictly within GDPR and EU health data constraints.
Linguistic Agility: Fluent English required. Working proficiency in German, French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a massive advantage for our geographic expansion.
