Preparing reports regularly for internal purposes and to meet client requirements.
Coordinating support, maintenance, and procurement of our company vehicles to ensure operational efficiency.
Organizing, attending, and participating in team meetings.
Creating project plans and ensuring project deadlines are met
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute notes and action items to team members.

Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience OR 6 years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Overtime may be required on occasion.
This position requires U.S. citizenship or a Permanent Resident status.
