Role Overview

Provide support to the sales team in administrative tasks
Process orders via email or phone
Monitor client activity and contact clients as needed
Work with internal customers to support technical information needs
Assist with arranging Medical Education appointments and determining lab sample requirements

Requirements

Minimum of an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2 to 5 years of service experience with proven successes or related management experience
Comfortable working with internal colleagues and physicians
Outstanding communication skills
High level of creativity and positive energy
Familiarity with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM (Salesforce.com)
