In this key role, you are part of our agile Finance team and the driving force behind our accounting quality: digital thought leader — you manage and optimize our AP workflow tools.
You are responsible for smooth digital invoice processing, monitor automated approval processes, and elevate accounts payable to the next level.
Tax specialist: you prepare monthly VAT returns (domestic and international) and serve as the confident point of contact for tax authorities and fiscal representatives.
Fixed assets specialist: you are responsible for fixed-asset accounting, including depreciation runs, and diligently maintain the fixed-asset register.
Close support: you actively support month-end and year-end closings, post journal entries, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
Project driver: you play a major role in software implementations and the continuous optimization of our finance IT landscape.

Background: You have successfully completed commercial vocational training and ideally have further qualification as a financial accountant or certified accounting professional (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter).
Experience: You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in accounting that enables you to handle daily tasks confidently and independently.
IT & Digital Tools: Confident user of MS Office (focus on Excel). Ideally you have solid experience with the JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system and digital AP workflow tools (preferably Scanman).
Working style: You work analytically, enjoy working with numbers and have a quick grasp of new topics.
Communication: You are fluent in German and have good English skills for working in an international environment.
