Requirements

An excellent academic record
Strong communication skills
A high level of attention to detail
Previous internship/work experience in verification, due diligence interviews in IPOs
An interest in initial public offerings and listings and public company M&A
An ability to deliver excellent client service
Excellent administrative skills
Ability to communicate well in oral and written form
Driven to deliver work promptly
Sets themselves challenging goals
Resilient in achieving goals
Fluency in English and Mandarin required (spoken and written)
Flexible approach to working hours.
