We are seeking an Application Service Delivery Manager to lead endtoend delivery and operations for a diverse enterprise application portfolio. The role owns service outcomes across Run, minor enhancements, backlog governance, and modernization initiatives, with a strong focus on AIled interventions to reduce technical debt, lower cost of ownership, improve resilience, and enhance user/persona experience.
The candidate is not required to be handson in all technologies but must have successfully managed a mixed application portfolio and multivendor teams.
