You take responsibility for the market success of our solutions — from new products to the ongoing development of existing ones.
You develop new product ideas and run rapid customer validation cycles to scale promising concepts and discard non-viable ideas early.
You support positioning and go-to-market activities and think entrepreneurially to open up new business areas.
You consistently focus on economic goals such as adoption, growth and value creation.
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Development and other stakeholders, bring technical understanding and act as a translator between stakeholders.

You have experience in product or solution management and ideally first exposure to company building or business development.
You sense what the market and customers truly need and reliably factor economic considerations into your decisions.
You are familiar with iterative methods (e.g. Lean Startup, Design Thinking) and can test and evaluate ideas quickly.
Taking ownership, driving initiatives forward and making results visible is in your DNA.
You have strong communication skills (German and English) and enjoy working closely with colleagues from Sales, Development and other teams — with respect and a solution-oriented mindset.
You have technical understanding, for example as a Product Manager, in software development, or from working with complex digital solutions.
Experience in a start-up environment is a big plus.
You could convince in an elevator pitch that AI-first is your practiced approach — with a clear sense of where AI supports and where human judgment remains critical, and inspire your listeners to follow suit.
