Role Overview

You analyze clients' existing IT and system landscapes, identifying structures, weaknesses, and potential.
You proactively engage with relevant stakeholders, create comprehensive functional specifications, and develop architecture concepts based on them.
You design modern, scalable solution, system, and cloud architectures and ensure their feasibility.
You develop integration and migration concepts and manage their implementation.
You oversee and guide the technical implementation—both internally and in collaboration with our clients.
You provide well-founded, transparent, and goal-oriented advice to clients in complex system and integration projects.
You develop solution approaches in the marketing, sales, and customer service technology context that meaningfully connect data, content, and engagement.
You communicate clearly, in a structured manner, and tailored to the audience—both with technical teams and business stakeholders.
You take ownership of the technical aspects of the project.
You act as the central interface between customer requirements and our international development team.
You actively shape requirements engineering, solution design, and quality assurance.
You continuously monitor technological developments and bring new ideas into projects and architecture concepts.
You work with modern AI tools and innovative technologies to continuously improve processes, outcomes, and solutions.
You contribute to optimizing our solution portfolio.
You act as our source for news and updates related to solution architecture.

Requirements

You demonstrate a deep understanding of solution architecture and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
You have technical expertise in modern marketing, sales, customer service, and cloud technologies.
You are proficient with common cloud stacks (e.g., Azure, AWS) and with at least three established enterprise solutions.
You communicate analytically, clearly, and in a structured manner—both internally and externally.
You work independently, are quality-oriented, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
You are proficient in German and English.
You prefer working on the service provider side and bring strong consulting and delivery capabilities.
