Role Overview

Promptly respond to user inquiries by referencing knowledge base resources
Continuously update and improve the knowledge base
Collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions for customer issues
Lead ticket resolution process through organization

Requirements

Ability to quickly grasp the details of an evolving product
Strong empathy and excellent communication skills when engaging with customers
Proactive, results-driven mindset
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (including the ability to handle calls when necessary)
Basic familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and ability to learn other technical tools
