Long Term Contract

This is an onboarding program for new software engineers. It is not required that the facilitators have deep knowledge in each of the technical areas but they must be able to present the topics and facilitate the learning of the engineers. We put a lot of focus on the engineers owning their own learning and the facilitators must be able to guide them to the right answer, no provide the answers for them.

On average, our current facilitators are software developers, software architects and agile experts with 10 years of experience. They are practitioners in software engineering in some capacity and the real-world experience they bring to the induction is valuable for the engineers

Required Skillset requirements:

Software Development Lifecycle
Agile, specifically Scrum.
Java, Spring, Python, React, SQL database (full-stack development using n-tier design)
AI code assist with Github Copilot.
At least 5 years of training/facilitation experience.
Excellent communication, collaboration and high emotional intelligence.

Preferred Skillset requirement:

Excellent communication skills and experience working with recent college graduates of Computer Science.
