Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
Assist in preparing client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and other deliverables
Conduct market research, company analysis, and industry benchmarking
Support deal execution through due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordination
Collaborate with Analysts, Associates, and senior leadership on active mandates
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning core investment banking skills

Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related field
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Clear and effective communication skills (Spanish and English fluency required)
Located in Latin America
Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields (preferred)
Familiarity with the Latin America and Caribbean markets (preferred)
Interest in sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials (preferred)
