Analyse the results of each and choose ways to continuously improve the service

High level of written communications skills with excellent copywriting and editing abilities for various channels and audiences
High attention to detail and exceptional proofreading skills
Excellent spelling and grammar
Ability to adhere to style, tone of voice and accessibility guidelines
Excellent time and task management
High level of IT literacy – knowledge of MS Office
Qualification in communications, PR, marketing or similar or equivalent experience
Experience managing and designing public-facing websites using a CMS
Working knowledge of MS systems
Experience using an email marketing or communications tool
