Deliver strong architectural design that navigates real constraints
Develop and maintain high-quality project documents and drawings
Research and define design parameters aligned with client intent and project goals
Interpret and apply codes and standards for industrial, laboratory, office, and hazardous occupancies
Coordinate closely with in-house engineers to develop innovative solutions
Observe and monitor construction activities, providing reviews and clarifications
Travel to project sites or accept client site assignments as needed
Contribute actively to business development efforts

Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience on industrial capital projects
Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying IBC/IFC, NFPA, and OSHA requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced architectural knowledge and sound technical judgment
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, and manual sketching
Ability to pass client badging and background screening processes
