Leadership role across inside and field sales in the market segments of theatre, architainment, TV & film trade
Independently responsible for revenue, margin and growth targets
Managing sales activities in alignment with company strategy
Preparing market analyses, forecasts and reports
Providing technically sound, customer-focused advice and account support
Presenting products at customer meetings, trade shows, roadshows and events
Identifying opportunities to optimize sales processes and tools

Completed vocational training (e.g., as an event technology specialist) or an equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience in the theatre market, TV & film, or architainment
Sales and project experience — ideally with prior leadership responsibility
Willingness to travel frequently
Strong communication skills and leadership ability
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
Positive attitude with entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for the product portfolio
