Act as the legal sparring partner for Product, Compliance, and Tech teams from the early product development stage onward.
Monitor the company’s compliance in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring Programme
Stay continuously updated on regulatory developments and requirements from CySEC, ESMA,EBA and other authorities
Draft, review and update internal policies, procedures and manuals
Draft annual and interim compliance and AML reports
Review and monitor marketing communications and website compliance
Support the Chief Compliance Officer with daily compliance tasks and ad hoc projects
Collaborate closely with all departments and provide advice and solutions on compliance queries/issues
Provide periodic trainings to promote and maintain a strong culture of compliance across the organisation
Regulatory reporting
compile and deliver accurate and comprehensive data reports within strict deadlines
Handle compliance requests, client’s complaints, requests from regulatory authorities

3+ years of experience in a compliance role within MiCA or MiFID II regulated firm.
Strong understanding and extensive knowledge of CySEC/EU regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
Prior experience with submitting reports via CySEC reporting channels (e.g. TRS, Portal, XBRL portal).
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
CySEC AML and Advanced certificates.
Fluent in English.
