Role Overview

The AI Content Architect: You are responsible for a high-volume content engine (targeting 5 high-impact blog posts per week). You must be a very good writer who knows how to craft a narrative, but you won't be writing most of it manually. You will build and steer AI-driven pipelines to produce expert-level content at scale.
You do not "produce content" but tell a story: You don't just "pump out content", you architect a narrative. You will use AI to handle the volume, but your human "soul" and writing talent will ensure we are telling a compelling, professional story that cements Parashift as the category leader in AI document automation.
Guardian of Quality vs. Slop: You are our filter. You must be able to assuredly distinguish between high-quality insight and generic "AI slop." You ensure every piece of content that leaves Parashift is sharp, professional, and adds real value.
Scale the Inbound Engine: Over-engineer our already successful inbound channels for hyper-growth. You will own our SEO and GEO strategy to ensure we dominate the AI document automation conversation.
Event Strategy & Logistics: You plan and organize our presence at major European trade shows. While Sales handles the booth/presence, you are the mastermind behind the strategy, planning, and professional execution.
Sales Weaponry: You define the "Marketing Minimum Requirements" for the company. You ensure that every sales material and outbound campaign meets our high standards for visual conception and storytelling.
Lead the Expansion: As you scale our reach, you will hire and lead the team required to take Parashift to the next level.

Requirements

Ambition & Grit: This is the new frontier of marketing. We don’t expect you to have all the answers on day one, but we do expect maximum motivation, a "crazy-ass" work ethic, and a hunger to learn how to scale a company.
The Automation Mindset: You hate manual repetition. You "drink our champagne" by finding ways to use AI to 10x your output and efficiency. It's 2026.
Exceptional Taste: You have a "gold standard" for what looks and sounds good. You know how to take raw AI output and polish it into a diamond.
Technical & Organized: You can manage complex event logistics and content calendars while staying deep in the technical nuances of SEO. You aren't afraid of the "backend." You are comfortable dealing with code, configuring webservers, and troubleshooting CMS technicalities. You don't need to be a dev, but you must be able to handle the technical plumbing of a modern marketing stack.
Languages: Native German and Fluent English are mandatory. French is highly beneficial.
Presence: You believe in the power of "being in the room." We require at least 50% office attendance in Sissach, though 100% is preferred for those who want to develop at light speed.
