4-6 years of experience, with a foundation in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent)
An exceptional communicator
your writing is clear, precise, and not generic.
Structured enough to run a complex project, but creative enough to produce work that's genuinely interesting rather than just technically correct.
Comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by ownership. You don't wait for a playbook.
A smart generalist at your core.

Fluent with AI tools and comfortable weaving them into your day-to-day work.
Nice to have: experience in insurtech, fintech, or vertical AI/SaaS.
