Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases for UI and API testing
Perform exploratory testing, identify edge cases, and ensure solid test coverage
Validate data using SQL queries and perform database testing as needed
Analyze test results, report defects clearly, and verify fixes through re-testing
Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
Document test processes, results, defects, and other QA-related artifacts
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices within the team

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
At least 2–3 years in a QA or similar role, with a strong track record in manual testing and quality assurance
Solid experience with UI and API testing (tools like Postman are a strong advantage)
Ability to write SQL queries for effective data validation and database testing
Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for project management and defect tracking
Understanding of SDLC and Agile development principles
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills to articulate issues clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
