Coordinate liability and coverage clarifications with insurers and law firms.
Review and audit estimates and appraiser reports for compliance with pricing, taxes, and internal guidelines.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and well-organized, indexed claim files.
Validate billing accuracy and VAT handling within strict SLA deadlines.
Monitor receivables, manage dunning processes, and resolve payment disputes.
Serve as the professional point of contact for customers, insurers, and legal counsel.
Analyze recurring objections to improve workflows and increase recovery rates.

Background in legal, commercial, or insurance office roles (e.g., paralegal, office or insurance clerk).
Experience in claims, billing, collections, or case administration.
Proficient with invoices, credit notes, payment allocations, and account reconciliation.
Understanding of deductibles, depreciation, basic liability principles, and contract terms.
High standards for precise written communication and audit-proof file organization.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken; French or Italian is a plus.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, document processing tools, and CRM/claims systems.
Reliable, ownership-focused working style with the ability to prioritize tasks while working remotely.
