Monitor and manage operational activities for all transportation modes – domestic, international, transfers and customer shipments.
Investigate and identify root cause for late shipments.
Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment of all transportation invoices.
Resolve discrepancies as needed.
Process carrier freight claims and provide freight claim reporting.
Partner with Customer Solutions to find economical solutions for time sensitive shipments.
Coordinate and participate in carrier performance reviews.
Monitor KPIs, report any issues and recommend solutions for improvement.

Associates Degree or 2 years of relevant logistics experience.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Working knowledge of domestic and international mail and shipping processes.
Working knowledge of inventory procedures.
Basic understanding of transportation industry.
SAP experience preferred.
Ability to establish priorities and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Strong organizational and planning skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Ability to work independently and work well under pressure.
Ability to maintain concise and accurate records.
