Gumshoe AI is focused on helping marketers understand how AI search tools recommend products. They are seeking a Growth Manager to lead acquisition, activation, and lifecycle initiatives across their self-serve and enterprise operations, collaborating closely with Product and Revenue teams.

Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of Gumshoe’s users, buyers, and ideal customer profiles
Shape how the market understands AI search visibility and GEO, and turn that into messaging that actually converts
Turn customer insights into clear narratives, content, and GTM direction
Run experiments that drive high-quality self-serve signups
Improve onboarding and time-to-value in close partnership with Product
Identify and scale growth loops using product data and user behavior
Continuously test messaging, channels, and conversion points
Build lifecycle programs that move users from signup to value to paid conversion
Improve retention and expansion using behavioral signals and segmentation
Drive more relevant, targeted engagement across the user journey
Help evolve Gumshoe’s marketing systems, data, and reporting infrastructure
Build workflows that connect product usage and account signals to segmentation and outreach
Create clear visibility into acquisition, activation, and conversion performance
Work closely with Product, Revenue, and Customer Success to align on growth priorities
Bring growth insights back into product decisions and roadmap discussions
