Role Overview

Support on real estate finance transactions acting for lenders and borrowers
Draft and review finance documents including facility agreements and security packages
Assist with transaction management and deal execution
Work closely with real estate, tax, and corporate teams

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), 2–4 PQE
Experience in real estate finance or broader banking & finance
Trained at or currently working within a recognised law firm
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Commercial mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
