Actively seek out and engage potential delegates from diverse industries and regions worldwide
Identify deserving individuals or organizations for the prestigious Global Icon Recognition Award bestowed by the Minister of Seychelles
Source and engage potential sponsors interested in supporting the trade delegation
Foster strong relationships with acquired delegates, nomination awardees, and sponsors, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities
Maintain regular communication with the project team, providing updates on progress and addressing any challenges or inquiries

Proven track record in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

This is a freelance position with a commission-based compensation structure
Delegate Acquisition: 10-20% per successfully acquired delegate
Nomination Award: 10-20% of Rs. 1.50 Lakhs (Nomination Award Fee) per successfully registered nomination award
Sponsorship: 10-20% of the Sponsorship Fee per successfully enrolled sponsorship
