Role Overview

Partner closely with the Recruiting and Business Development to serve customers
Build solid relationships to achieve partnership goals
Assist with analysis of Client's needs
Manage and grow relationships with the Client
Connect frequently with the Client to ensure all SLA's are met
Work closely with Business Development team in sales presentations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar business related degree OR 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
1+ year of experience in the cannabis industry if not experienced in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
Experience in either sales or customer service
Experience with Google (G-suite) products, Microsoft Word / Excel
Comfortable using LinkedIn
Experience using a CRM system is ideal.
