Role Overview

Assist with the current busy workload in the Trusts team
Support and expand the Firm’s client base and new referrals
Adopt efficient working practices to ensure commercial objectives are met
Trust creation and advice
Trust administration and compliance
Managing Trust assets
Advice on taxation
Asset management and investment
Beneficiary communication and education

Requirements

Sound knowledge and a commercial application of the law and practice in this area
Private client background and trust administration experience
Ability to manage own caseload with supervision from a Partner
Growth mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture
