Primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships.
Support new clients with the implementation of our telius solution.
Monitor customer satisfaction and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns.
Conduct workshops to ensure customers achieve effective solutions.
Act as the interface between clients and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Management).

Strong ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
Quick learner with the ability to work in a disciplined and goal-oriented manner.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze user behavior, identify trends and opportunities, and monitor and optimize customer campaigns.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, combined with an independent and responsible working style.
Prior experience in customer support or customer success is a plus but not required.
