Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
Develop and deliver technical content, including presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
Serve as a technical expert and advisor to our customers on our product and the adjacent technologies, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevOps, VCS, and Cloud providers.
Continuously learn and stay up to date on our product, the competition, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the Product team to translate customer business needs into technical solutions and new product requirements.
Help with booth duty and meet with prospects and customers at conferences.

2+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, a DevOps Engineer, or a similar position.
Hands-on experience and intermediate understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), CI/CD, VCS, and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible) technologies and associated concepts, tools, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the main Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with software development is a plus.
