Role Overview

Own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Identify and engage target accounts and key decision-makers
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
Partner with marketing to sharpen messaging and test new campaigns
Track activity and performance metrics in CRM
Help build and iterate on the SDR playbook as you learn what works

Requirements

6+ months of SDR or outbound sales experience (preferably in B2B or professional services)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or SalesLoft
Curious about data, analytics, or technology (you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to learn!)
