Collaborate with instructional team to coordinate class schedules, materials, and resources
Assist in the preparation and distribution of learning materials to instructors and participants
Liaise with instructors and participants to ensure a smooth learning experience
Maintain organized records of instructional activities and feedback
Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, scheduling consultations, and processing registrations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales leads, prospects, and customer interactions
Generate reports to track sales performance and provide insights to the sales team
Coordinate logistics for workshops, classes, and events, ensuring all necessary resources are available
Communicate with participants regarding schedules, requirements, and any changes
Draft and edit communications, including emails, newsletters, and promotional materials
Assist in managing social media platforms and online presence to promote STEAMHouse programs
Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling and logistics

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
Experience with CRM systems and utilizing project management tools like ClickUp & Notion
Ability to develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to streamline and improve workflows
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
