Role Overview

Build and cultivate long-term relationships
Handle highly confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality
Manage and maintain multiple executive calendars, including recurring meetings
Planning events for Sfermion leaders and the team broadly
Proactively manage communication, and respond to urgent inquiries from internal / external stakeholders
Process and track expenses in a timely manner for the executives
Provide overall data management to executive, including organizing and compiling data to facilitate exec presentations
Track and drive completion of key deliverables
Provide innovative and creative methods for continued improvements to administrative processes

Requirements

1+ years of relevant experience in an EA capacity
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong calendar management and prioritization skills
Advanced proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar as well as applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
CRM experience a plus
