Maintain respectful and mutually supportive relationships with suppliers and other departments
Line-manage Fruit & Veg SCP team; develop and grow team members through coaching and feedback
Actively develop and maintain professional relationships across all Abel & Cole departments and external suppliers
Plan transport, monitor goods in transit, and ensure timely delivery of ordered products
Strive for haulage efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring KPIs are achieved
Oversee daily customs operations and support the Head of F&V with customs compliance
Own invoice queries, ensuring timely resolutions
Guide the team through end of week/month procedures and supplier credit claims
Follow Abel & Cole buying policy and other policies and procedures
Act as an ambassador for B Corp values by making decisions with social and environmental impact in mind

Strong supply chain knowledge
Awareness of the supply chain impact on commercials in food retail or food manufacturing environment
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
Experience in Supply Chain Planning in a Food Retail or Food Manufacturing environment
Assertive, influential, and focused
Logical, numerate and process driven
Strong organisation, time management, coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
Flexible attitude and ability to deal positively with changing priorities
