Manage and expand our social media partnerships (primarily Instagram), including planning, booking, and execution of sponsored posts.
Actively recruit new social media partners (creators, pages, media).
Develop content ideas and formats and translate them into concrete assets (e.g., posts, Stories, simple Reels using Canva or similar).
Plan and publish regular content on our own social media channels.
Monitor and manage performance with the goal of continuously improving content and collaborations.
Optionally, additional marketing topics may be added (e.g., offline marketing or content/campaign marketing).

At least 1 year of practical experience in marketing, ideally in social media, content, or partnerships.
Strong understanding of Instagram and social media mechanics.
Creative sensibility for content and the ability to independently develop and execute ideas.
Comfortable using basic image-editing tools (e.g., Canva) and possibly video editing (e.g., CapCut), or able to learn quickly.
Fully proficient in German and English.
Hands-on mentality, initiative, and enthusiasm for challenges.
