Role Overview

Delivering global recruitment services through adaptable sourcing and headhunting

Requirements

A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Business-related roles (in-house or external)
Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly in boolean search techniques
Background in international talent-hiring delivery and client management
In-depth knowledge of the European Talent Market
A registered freelance business or similar corporate entity that allows you to receive income from commercial activity
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/ or other sourcing methods
Native or professional-level English proficiency
