Requirements

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other editing softwares
Knowledge of design principles
Familiarity with printing requirements of design
Familiarity with aesthetic and lively designs
Soft skills: Fast learner, Attention to detail, Keen eye for design, Team player, Willingness to learn
Additional optional skills: Basic knowledge of website design and content management system
Eagerness to come up with ideas of their own
Familiarity with social media and designing for it
