6+ years of product or interaction design experience, with some of that at staff or lead level
Experience designing consumer-facing financial or crypto products
Mastery of Figma and component-based design systems
A portfolio that demonstrates both craft and thinking
you design and think about complete experiences, not just screens and pixels
Strong grasp of motion design and how animation enhances (not decorates) usability
Comfortable collaborating directly with frontend engineers
you know enough about React and CSS to have a real conversation
Exceptional attention to detail, with a particular focus on visual detail

Highly autonomous
