Role Overview

Financial Modeling & Underwriting
Underwrite senior living investments, including occupancy ramp, rate/mix by care level, labor models, and operating expenses.
Investor Support & Underwriting Collaboration
Translate operating assumptions and performance into investor-ready analyses and presentations.
Transactions & Strategic Analysis
Conduct market research and competitive analysis within senior housing markets.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Build and maintain forward-looking financial projections incorporating occupancy, rate growth, and labor cost assumptions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
1–4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, REITs, or senior living
Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience
Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, valuation)
