Role Overview

Customize and manage Zoho CRM & Zoho Creator applications
Develop workflows using Deluge scripting
Build automation systems and AI-powered workflows
Integrate APIs, payment gateways, telephony systems & third-party tools
Design dashboards, reports, forms & analytics
Support chatbot & virtual assistant integrations
Manage data migration, cleanup & system optimization
Provide technical support, testing & deployment assistance

Requirements

2–5 Years of experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho Creator expertise
Strong Deluge scripting knowledge
API integration experience
AI workflow & chatbot integration exposure
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Experience with automation and digital transformation projects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
