Role Overview

Work in a fast-paced environment making high volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or members who have missed a payment
Help with the overall attrition of the company
Retain members within the business by proactively calling our members

Requirements

Experience of outbound calling – high volume
Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
Customer Service experience
Strategic with a commercial edge to seek out and maximise potential to grown count and revenue
Involvement in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience of working within the Health & Leisure Industry
