Conduct thorough pre-screening of all assigned candidates, managing a high volume of applicants and communications.
Administer assessment tests and conduct interviews using behavioral questions via phone or virtual meeting platforms.
Track and manage candidate information using spreadsheets, ATS, and other software.
Meet and exceed recruitment goals and metrics.
Deliver outstanding customer service to candidates, employees, and team members.
Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
Network within the community to establish relationships with key partners.
Adhere to all regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.
Perform additional duties as required.

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Highly collaborative, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to navigate a large, complex organization to achieve results
Strong written and oral communication skills, including pre-screening and interviewing abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to learn new systems, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
iCIMS experience is a plus
Team player who is flexible and adaptable to rapid change
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed to meet client needs
Ability to pass all pre-employment tests, including drug screening and background checks.
