Strategic leadership and further development of our Performance Marketing team with a clear focus on data-driven growth
Primary objective: sustainably maximize the utilization of our locations
Responsible for the key commercial KPIs: utilization, CPO, CAC, revenue, funnel performance, AOV, retention & rebuy
End-to-end responsibility for the strategic and operational management of all performance marketing channels
Development and management of the marketing budget, including channel
and location-specific allocation
Build and enhance data-driven reporting (dashboards, attribution, forecasting)
Design and execution of growth strategies and systematic experiments for scaling
Planning and management of location-specific marketing initiatives (pre-opening, ramp-up, mature phase)
Close collaboration with Creative and Product teams to optimize the entire funnel

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Performance and Growth Marketing with budget responsibility of at least a six-figure amount
Leadership experience with at least three direct reports
Industry background in D2C, hospitality, or experience brands is a plus
Experience gained during a growth phase — startup, scale-up, or agency; internationalization experience is a plus
Excellent analytical skills (BI tools, attribution, SQL are advantageous)
Strong hands-on mentality combined with strategic understanding
