Create events that delight, connect, and inspire.
Design and deliver major public events that bring collections, stories, and spaces to life.
Lead the development, planning, and delivery of all key events in the Public Programmes calendar.
Coordinate logistics and support the Visitor Services team.
Ensure each event runs smoothly on the day.

At least three years’ experience in event management, including large-scale events and/or events across complex venues.
Proven ability to work to fixed timelines, juggle multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated project management and planning capability.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with people at all levels.
A high level of computer literacy, including confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
A current full driver’s licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
An event management qualification (preferred).
Experience with Tessitura CRM and Artifax venue and event management software (desirable but not essential).
