Role Overview

Shape, execute, and protect the Align brand voice and visual identity
Own the content calendar, visual assets, and digital user journey
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and messaging integrity
Plan and execute the full content lifecycle from quarterly campaigns to daily social media content
Collaborate with SEO partners and analyze data for continual marketing improvements
Build repeatable templates and workflows for creative processes

Requirements

Proven experience in design (Canva mastery a must)
Copywriting experience
Short-form video production experience
Ability to manage a complex content calendar and multiple stakeholders independently
