Requirements

5+ years of experience in data engineering/data architecture roles
Strong background in dimensional modeling
Experience designing warehouse architectures
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable data models
Hands-on production experience with BigQuery
Experience with an orchestration tool
Experience implementing data quality checks
Understanding of PII handling, data masking, and compliance considerations (GDPR)
Proficient in SQL
Proficient in Python for data engineering tasks
Fluent in Polish and English
