Role Overview

Actively generate new business accounts individually and collaboratively; including, but not limited to, synergy with HOALiving companies and their potential clients
Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents and other property management professionals
Develop relationships with current clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Work with HOALiving partners to identify marketing opportunities and develop mailing campaigns
Write and present status reports to leadership team
Maintain and develop database of property owners
Develop relationships with developers of multi-family properties
Create, refine and implement operational policies and procedures for Business Development and Marketing

Requirements

Active Utah Real Estate Agent License required, or ability to obtain licenses within 4 months
Minimum of 3-5 years Property Management experience
Strong knowledge of the Fair Housing Act
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent industry experience
