You oversee all of your client projects and take responsibility for the results
You independently conduct client calls and onboardings and manage ongoing communication
You act as the interface between the client project and video editing, creative production, tracking, copywriting, etc. — you commission the involved teams and ensure everything runs smoothly
When issues arise, you roll up your sleeves and take on tasks outside your core area

At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with direct budget responsibility and client-facing experience
At least basic knowledge in: graphic asset creation, video editing, building landing pages, tracking, copywriting, and working with AI
